Material and Metod: The Mexican Association of Wound Care A.C., makes capacitation of different handlings in the treatment from the wounds, and one of its handlings is capacitate the use for Maggots, for biological desbridament in patients with diabetic foot that presents/displays dermoepidermolisis, taking into account the different evaluations standing up diabetic by clasifications from Tampico (México), standing up diabetic American, and alterations in clasification of Monkenberg and Wagner.
