Registering for the SAWC/WHS online is the quickest and easiest way to ensure you are part of the 2008 symposium. First, you will be asked to provide your name, degree, facility, and contact information. This will ensure you will receive your CME/CE credits; we will automatically mail you the necessary materials.
Next, you will be asked to choose your billing preferences. Then you will select the sessions you wish to attend — you may change your mind at the conference. We ask only to get a rough estimate of room space required.
Registrants may opt to select an educational track. This way, you know that every session attended deals with your specialty. To view this year's educational track, click here.
Once a participant is registered, he or she will receive SAWC/WHS updates via email. This way, when new information is posted online exhibit hall floor plans, satellite sessions, updated abstracts you will be the first to know.
Mail/Fax Registration
You also may register by completing the registration forms included in the Attendee Brochure. This registration process may be better suited for those attendees and facilities wanting to pay by check or money order.
